Smoothie Bee Power

Ingredients

  • 375 ml water or coconut water
  • 2 mangoes, cut into cubes
  • 2 large peeled oranges
  • 1 peeled lemon
  • 10 ml honey The Three Acres
  • 10 ml bee pollen The Three Acres
  • 10 ml coconut oil
  • 7.5 ml turmeric powder
  • 7.5 ml cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch of sea salt

Preparation

Blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth consistency. Serve cold!
