Healthy and tasty snack

Nothing better than a healthy snack for a little energy boost.


  • 1/2 cup organic peanuts
  • 1/2 cup organic pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup walnuts organic
  • 1/2 cup pecans organic
  • 1/2 cup non sweeten coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup 3acres honey (of course)😉
  • 1 organic egg
  • 1/4 part of your favorite salt
  • About 1/2 cup melted organic dark chocolate



Preheat the oven to 350F

Mix all the ingredients well except the chocolate. Pour a tsp. of the mixture on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Cook for 10 minutes or until sides are golden brown. Take them out of the oven and let them cool. In the meantime, melt the chocolate. Once they've cooled, dip them in the chocolate and put them in the fridge, freezer, or outside if you live in a cold climate, like us.😁 Once the chocolate has solidified, dip and enjoy. If there are any left, store them in the refrigerator.
